Thursday, May 30, 2024 – 4:00 PM: We depart from Barcelona Sants with IRYO, accompanied by our ambassador Juan Ruiz from Hotels2meet.
Once in Madrid, we meet up with our colleagues from the capital and head to our destination. Just a 50-minute journey, and we arrive at Hotel Ansares.
Check-in: Modern, elegant rooms with attention to every detail. Cool!
First local experience: A proper ham tasting, accompanied by a visit to their unique curing facility and a top-notch winery.
Networking dinner with colleagues, featuring a star dish that couldn’t be missed at the table of hoteliers from the meat industry: finger-licking good!
Friday, May 31, 2024: We wake up early to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the SPA waters.
A covered heated pool, with a Turkish bath and jacuzzi. What a great way to start the day!
After a refreshing breakfast (and a good coffee), we visit the MICE spaces: a myriad of modern, spacious, modular rooms equipped with the latest technology for meetings, presentations, activities, and dinners.
This is where we’re going to bring our TeaMMaxx to life!
And now, we move into action: in a nearby garden, we have a CSR activity waiting for us: creating an Urban Garden.
After cutting, and painting, it’s almost time to leave, but not before enjoying a delicious snack in another of the hotel’s top spots, the Carpa-Jardín.
And we close – among other things – with another star dish straight from the kitchen of their Restaurant (https://www.essentiarestaurante.com/): the best Torreznos I’ve ever tasted!

We return home with a great taste in our mouths and the idea of hosting big events at Hotel Ansares.
