With this approach, we prepare activities and programs aimed at creating a metamorphosis and an impact on the participants. Over time, we have lost the innate ability to survive in hostile environments and rarely venture beyond our comfort zone.
We aim to create the so-called hormetic stress: a certain level of stress is healthy, and numerous scientific studies confirm that it generates a calmer and more relaxed state of mind.
